We ship to all countries. Tonerstop.com.au has already shipped orders to more than 110 countries around the world using different shipping methods.

Same Day Shipping
Most orders are shipped the same day if ordered by 12pm.

What are the available shipping methods?
We use different shipping methods specified below for shipping orders to our domestic and international customers.
Domestic Orders
- Australia Post - Regular Mail
- Australia Post - Express Mail*
*For orders above $100 we recommend using Australia Post Express Mail as it is safer and also provides tracking option.
International Orders
- Australia Post AirMail - Regular
- Australia Post Express Mail - Express
- DHL - Express
*For overseas orders online tracking is available only using the express option. Online tracking is not available using the standard Australia Post Airmail option.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Delivery times vary depending on shipping method selected and your shipping location.
Standard - 1 to 3 weeks depending on your location.
Express - 3 to 7 business days depending on your location.
*Delivery times are indicative only and we do not accept any liability for failure to meet the scheduled delivery times or any inconvenience caused as a consequence.

Do you ship to P.O. Box, Locked Bags or GPO box?
Yes we do for domestic orders (delivery address must be in Australia) . For international orders we do not ship to P.O. Box. For full details please contact us.
