The manufacturer quotes the page yield approximately equal to 20,000 pages for this model but most people do not realise that this means 20,000 pages at 5% coverage. If you are printing at 10% coverage the drum will stop working approximately at 10,000 pages and if you are printing at 20% coverage the drum will stop working at 5,000 pages. From our experience we know that this drum unit will last for 40,000 pages no matter what the coverage is.
After much testing we found the imaging drums will run up to 2 more cycles after the initial cycle. This kit will reset the 4 imaging drums twice (8 resets). The clear instructions make this very easy to do and is totally non messy which can be easily done in an office environment.
